Our story
We Kept Rebuilding the
Same Missing Product
Every phone system we deployed for a client was missing the same things. Eventually it made more sense to build the one that was not.
Where we started
Built out of frustration
The team spent years integrating legacy PBXs and cloud phone systems for other businesses. The same complaints came up on every project: the useful features cost extra, the mobile app is a shadow of the desktop one, and nothing talks to the CRM.
What we changed
One system, whole
AymexConnect was built as a single platform instead of a bundle - calls, SMS, meetings, chat and contacts sharing one data model, so a conversation keeps its history no matter which channel it moves to.
Where we are now
AI as standard, not as a tier
Call summarisation changed what a phone system is for. We took the view early that it belongs on the cheapest plan, because a feature that only some of your team has is a feature nobody relies on.

Price without games
One number per user, per month. No line rental, no per-minute UK calling, no charging extra for the AI that makes the product worth having.
Answer the phone
We sell a phone system. It would be a poor look if you could not reach a person - so support goes to people in the UK, not a ticket queue.
