Cookie Policy

What we store in your browser, why, and how to change it.

Last updated 12 August 2026

This page describes how Aymex LTD operates the AymexConnect service. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable. It is a summary of our practices rather than legal advice - if you need contractual certainty for a procurement process, ask us for the signed agreement.

01

Our approach

We use as few cookies as the service can function with. We do not run third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data with advertising networks.

02

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off. They are set only in response to actions you take, such as signing in.

  • Session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery.
  • A short-lived cookie recording your consent choices, so we do not ask repeatedly.
  • Load-balancing cookies that keep your session on a consistent server during a call.
03

Preference storage

Interface preferences - theme, layout, chosen font and similar - are stored in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. They never leave your device and are not used to identify you.

04

Analytics

Where we measure how the marketing site is used, we do so in a privacy-preserving way and only with your consent. Declining analytics has no effect on how the product works.

05

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in, because the service has no other way to recognise your session.

06

Changes

If we add or remove cookies we update this page. The date at the top reflects the current version.
