Terms of Service
The terms on which we provide AymexConnect, what we commit to, and what we ask of you in return.
Last updated 12 August 2026
This page describes how Aymex LTD operates the AymexConnect service. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable. It is a summary of our practices rather than legal advice - if you need contractual certainty for a procurement process, ask us for the signed agreement.
These terms
These terms govern your use of AymexConnect, provided by Aymex LTD (company number 15515557). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of the organisation you represent.
Where we have signed a separate written agreement with your organisation, that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of users you invite.
- You must keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- Administrators can see and manage the data of users within their tenant, including call recordings and messages.
Trial and subscription
- The free trial runs for fourteen days from account creation and requires no payment card.
- Subscriptions are charged per active user, per month or per year, in advance.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans run to the end of the annual term.
- Adding users mid-period is charged pro rata. Removing users reduces the following period's charge.
- We may change prices with at least thirty days' notice to account administrators. Existing paid terms are unaffected until renewal.
Fair use of calling
Plans described as including unlimited UK calling are intended for normal business use by the named user. They are not intended for automated dialling, call-centre outbound campaigns at volume, call forwarding services, or resale of connectivity.
If usage substantially exceeds normal business patterns we will contact you to discuss a suitable plan before taking any action.
Numbers and porting
- Numbers we allocate to you are assigned for the duration of your subscription; they are not sold to you.
- You may port numbers away at any time and we will not obstruct or delay a valid porting request.
- Numbers may be reclaimed after an account is closed and the applicable quarantine period has elapsed.
Emergency calls
AymexConnect supports calls to 999 and 112. Because the service is delivered over the internet, emergency calls will not work during a power cut or a loss of internet connectivity, and the location passed to the emergency operator is the address registered against the number rather than your live location.
You must keep your registered address up to date and make sure your users understand these limitations. Where you rely on a device being movable between sites, keep an alternative means of calling emergency services available.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability and publish an uptime target of 99.99% on our pricing page. A contractual service level with remedies is available on the Enterprise plan.
Planned maintenance is scheduled outside UK business hours wherever possible and notified in advance.
Your data
You retain ownership of the content you and your users put into the service. We process it to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy.
You can export your data at any time while the account is active. After closure we retain it for thirty days so it can be recovered, then delete it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account for non-payment after notice, for a breach of the acceptable use policy, or where continued operation would put the platform or other customers at risk.
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within thirty days of written notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
